[Suggestion] Use an open/close chat button

bwrd has been doing this for months now and it just feels so much better than a fixed chat that can barely be resized and cant be moved, it also shifts all of the content to the left, so please @Xero consider adding this, its probably really annoying for ppl who dont use bwrd
