Roblox from microsoft store not opening

Hello. When i trying to open roblox from microsoft store, it's opening for 3 seconds and closing. I did all what found in chrome: cleared app, reinstalled, downloaded all updates for pc, for roblox, for microsoft store, but nothing helped. Can someone help me?

maye you are banned from roblox so it wont let you open it

It's impossible, I have been not banned, on web it work perfectly
