[Bug] Multiple Push Notifications for the same reply/comment

So, I have had push notifications on for a while. I always notice that when someone replies to my thread or comments I get like 2-3 notifications like a few seconds after each other and it tricks me sort of that I got more than one reply when in reality it was for the same reply. I don't know if anyone else has had this happen to them.
