Multi roblox not working

So yesterday it was working completely fine but now everytime I try to load up a second account it says "upgrading" then start shutting the Roblox account down what do I do?

What do you mean by "shutting the Roblox account down"? Does it get banned, or, does it just simply crash the game on the second account? If the account gets banned, Roblox might have of added an anti-alt. If the game crashes, might be your RAM issue.
