[BUG] Reputation System

Whenever I try to +rep someone or -rep someone, it just gives me a message saying that i can only rep 3 people within a one day window, but the problem is: the last time i repped someone was almost 48 hours ago. This doesn't affect forum moderators.

I have noticed this too. Last time I repped someone was.. uhh like 4 days ago? maybe more
