Ok OK OK OK AHH OK So,

 

I did this.opacity = .25 or wtv u wanna do BUT It makes the Controls( buttons textbox etc) transparent EXCEPT THE BACKGROUND AHH Im stressed.

Anyways im trying to do it in C# not XAML so If you could tell me whats going on I would Appreciate it :) thx

In Your Xaml On The Title Part Add AllowTransparency="True"
