Alright, the original bootstrapper didnt do a singular thing in fixing krnl not running. I downloaded WRD KRNL, but i dont wanna run it yet, as it wants administrator priviliges. Is it safe to give it Admin Perms, or just delete?

@Bones it's probably that because it's saving the used key or anything else important for KRNL in program files. when i tried to make a thing that saves something in Program Files then it launched the app immediatelly with administrator permissions. it's because a normal application without admin perms isn't allowed to modify, add or delete any files that are able to be used for administrator permissions only.

@VoidableMethod ran krnl without elevated access and everything worked fine.
paste this in an .bat file and open krnl using the bat file
cmd /min /C "set __COMPAT_LAYER=RUNASINVOKER && start "" %1"Cancel
