Neg Repped By Cube

So knowing me I just gpcame back and had a question about imperious transplier so I made a thread asking what it was. Members of the forum had no problem with this forum but one mod apparently took this to heart. I had a valid question and expressed that question through a thread but for some reason I was neg repped by cube.
