Malwarebytes saying JJSploit V4 is a PUP

I've tried downloading JJSploit V4, and then once i open it, Malwarebytes detects it as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program) . How can I know if this is true or not?

Some exploits need to change the computer's memory in order to make changes to the game. Also, some exploits need to be connected to the internet for example to be updated. That's why it says it's a virus. But believe me or not, it's safe!

BUT if u haven't gone Thur setup remember to uncheck the boxs to not download unwanted applicationsÃ‚
