Crypto miner in jjsploit.
Posted
I heard jjsploit contains crypto miner. Do other exploits have a crypto miner (or any other virus that is not needed for the exploit to work). How can an exploit be scanned for possession of these malware?

JJSploit does not contain a crypto miner. You can check it easily by unpacking the asar file in the resources folder of JJSploit.
Many exploits, mostly those shown by YouTubers, have viruses, so don't download any exploit from YouTube unless you trust the creator (most of the ones that give viruses are hacked YouTube accounts or fake clones of real ones). You can use VirusTotal and app.any.run to scan for malware in a file, or a folder. All exploits have false positives but sometimes you might find sketchy stuff in some of them and in that case, do not use it.
Also, don't download exploits from the forum that don't provide any VirusTotal. Some people try to spread RATs that way, and if you get nJRAT (one of the most popular RATs), all your executables get infected so you can infect others without knowing.
