unable to get krnl key

i tried to get the key for krnl but after i did all the linkvertise thing it said 'the requested URL was not found on this server,additionally,a
404 not found error was encountered while trying to use an errordocument to handle the request' what do i do?

using incognito doesnt do anything i tried, it says 404 bad request again
