SynapseX dont work! Does Synapse X only work on Windows 10?

I can not enter the dll into the game, Synapse X freezes when scanning. I have Windows 8.1 x64, I have already reinstalled Roblox and Synapse and reinstalled VCredist x64 and x86, restarted the computer, started Synapse and Roblox as administrator, but this does not help. I asked friends and they said that SynapseX worked well on Windows 10 and most likely should work on other versions of Windows. Is there a way to get SynapseX to work on windows 8.1?

Try downloading windows 10 if you think its the problem because windows 10 is free to download
