roblox ohio game not working

help me please, it's about the game ohio in roblox. I clicked the "unlock parts" button and all the items in my inventory disappeared. I couldn't pick anything up. The items also lost their texture, I can't take out my phone or anything. I tried everything, even completely uninstalled JJsploit but still nothing changed.
