Unable to inject JJsploit

alright fist off i am reciving the most current updates. working as of nov 20. no matter what i do i cannot get this damn thing to inject.

i have tried disabling my anti virus and fire wall, reinstalling the program, running as admin, restarting my pc. i have scoured yt and no videos i found were help full. i am at a complete loss as what to do
