Roblox randomly disconnects from keyboard

I don't followed very well but i think this started to happen after using "Multiple Roblox". Don't matter how many tabs of roblox i have, at a random time random tab is disconnecting from keyboard. Even "esc" key isn't working. But i can write at the chat. How can i fix this?

Hello,
Sometimes I have the same problem and I decide to turn it off using the power button. Of course this is not recommended because it is very bad for the device.
