Wouldn't that just be because JJSPloit updated to the latest version, so it doesn't use the old signatures? Therefore, it wouldn't be able to work on the older version.

And for the account marking, you just need to log in with the other account, and it will update to the latest version. Since you're using two different accounts, the client might be updating separately. I don't think it's an issue of Roblox marking the account as a hacker, but logging into the outdated account should force it to update to the latest version When you try to join a game.

Even so, the versions are different, I try on another PC (where I never had jjsploit) and the versions are still different, I uninstall and reinstall Roblox and the version still changes depending on the account

Roblox is stupid, you may have a bug that when you update to a new version, the old version is not deleted, but remains. so if you don’t have attach executor, then look at the roblox versions in the versions folder, if there are several of them, delete them all! and then run robloxinstaller
