Roblox Exploiting Illegal?

Hello all. I was recentley thinking about creating a Roblox executor but then someone told me it was illegal to. Basically, I know that you can be banned from Roblox if you exploit, but what are the chances of facing legal action? I talked some some legal professioals and they said Roblox can sue Roblox executor owners for using the word "Roblox" in their executor since it is a trademark. And they can sue the Roblox executor owner for modifying their platform, using their code, breaking Roblox's ToS, etc. Was wondering if all of this is true, and why do people still exploit if Roblox may start sueing people?
