Mobile support for Global Chat

Right now all you can do is scroll and type in the message box, however you can't send the message. Maybe adding a button would be a good idea?

@Syraxes_ I only have the button that makes a new line. No "Enter" button in sight =(

@Syraxes_ They're buggy and don't support multile languages (such as mine). Also I'm not gonna install a different keyboard just for one website, that's not necessary.

My iphone and anroid seem to be working fine with the global chat. You sure it isn't something on your end? I don't know just curious cause if so I would like to report to Jon.
