How do i make an exploit api?

Ive been making exploits for a bit now but ive never got to learn how to make an api. Is there any way someone can help me out or just tell me how. The reason im not hireing someone for that is cause ot costs alot and that is a bit to much for me just for an exploit.

So first its not called a API because a API is C# and it makes it easier to use a DLL is C++ and thats what you wanna learn and yes I know its hard making code from scratch so you can use opensource code as long as you give credits
