Something deletes my wearedevs dll from jjsploit how to see what does it

So my exploit's dll (jjsploit) gets deleted when I launch jjsploit when relaunch it is installed tryes to copy in another file says I can't
the error code is 0x800700E1 (probably it's deleted in second it is downloaded) tried disabling antivirus (avast free) nothing trying vpn
nothing microsoft antivirus were deleted in 2020 in cracked version I got but Microsoft Malware Protection Copy Accelerator Utility exists it can be it and I can't download hacks like infinite fly because yandex or every other browser tags it as virus though antivirus protection is disabled and avast too (it happened before but I could install jjsploit and it had no problems with avast)
is there a tool to see what deletes the dll restarting windows gave no results and it happened today (I started using jjsploit a day ago)

if i was you i would get format my computor and then try to hack with real time protection off

Bruh, don't download crack stuff mate. Basically stuffed up your PC.

I meant like the version got windows defender deleted (if u try to open window's settings and windows defender it shows nothing) and windows activated
