Did the buttons and other commands work? If not, you probably haven't injected it correctly.

In other case, try JJsploit V3. It is less buggy. (except setting speed/jump always sets to a certain number)

Can you share what sort of script you are trying to execute?

Boy. It will always say it is a malware, PUP , or a Trojan downloader. 
I recommend you exclude JJSploit directory from on-demand scan, and realtime protection scan. 
Exploits usualy pop up as false positive, this forum has no interest in malicious activity.
Anyways, if excluding certain thigns from scanning is too hard for you. Disable the antivirus completely when about to use exploit and exclude it from scanning when you are done, then turn off antivirus again. Do not ask me how to do it because it is simple, and you should google that kind of stuff. 
If you want to exploit you should be well aware what will happen if you download exploit into your computer. Thus JJSploit is not malware, but a False positive, that means it is not a virus (Malware-  malicious software). Use google please, thanks.
