Grab knife v3 and v4 not working with games that don't have filtering enabled.

I recently have found some games that don't have filtering enabled and lettting me exploit, obviously I was having some fun until I used the grab script. It wasn't letting me kill people. I had grabbed people with the knife and held them up and they saw it, except, I couldn't kill them. I clikced but it threw them. I saw that it was on throw mode so I switched it to grab mode and it didn't throw them this time but it didn't kill em either. Anyone know whats going on?

Edit: This is resolved, I have found the kill button
